| Stick a fork in it, xanga is DONE! Its sad to see it go, especially this way, getting punk'd by Myspace. Guess its inevitable though. Still, I've had some good times on this 'ole site. Jeeze, the xanga wars that used to take place, the xanga-flirting, the John Pino posts/comments. Good times, I'll miss it. R.I.P. xanga. You were good while you lasted, but your time has come. Enjoy what time you have left, while a few poor, desperate hangers-on try to keep you alive. Its not out of the question that this is the last time we will ever talk. Oh sure I'll check on you, see how your doing, see what you have to give me, but after a while we both know, it'll all come to an end. May your memory never be forgotten (though I think it almost has already). Oh well, I'll see y'all lata, I'm on Myspace so yea, the site is kyleckobe. P.S. You wanna know something that only I would somehow notice? And this is a big indicator of the kind of nerd I really am.
In X3 in the big battle (trying not to give away too much) Magneto (played by Ian McKellan [dont know how to spell his last name]) says 'the pawns go first' then later, after....some things happen 'thats why the pawns go first.' Now, heres where it gets freaky. In the book Return of the King, Gandalf (played by you-know-who) is talking to Pippin after Pippin swears service to Denethor (maybe you remember the part) and he's talking about how thigs are gunna get....dicey soon. Direct quote: "But the Enemy has the move, and he is about to open his full game (I LOVE how this book was written). And pawns are likely to see as much of it as any, Peregrin son of Paladin, soldier of Gondor. Sharpen your blade!'
See the connection, the pawn references. Now tell me thats not something that someone who's completely insane notices, go ahead I dare you. I swear, I can spot things like this all the time but sometimes I cant remember the simplest things that I would never think I'd forget. Weird how that works out.
